Beloved of God, it is that precious time I set aside to go within.

A time for deep relaxation, the quieting of my mind, and intent listening to the Voice Within…the voice that matters. I gently close my eyes and become comfortable in where I am seated.

I easily relax and let go of any burdens, breathing deeply and soulfully… bringing air into ever part of my body…..letting every cell breathe and be nourished.

Closing my eyes and being content in this moment, I know within myself a sacred place where I meet God. I focus my thoughts on the unfolding soul within. I am growth. I am becoming. I am learning. I am seeking. I am finding.

What a grand design I am a part of….a soul that is in the flow of the universe, I am a part of a bigger One-ness. Every urging of my soul, every feeling, every thought, every desire is of God. When I see that and know that, I engage my faith and with trust, submerge myself into the Grand Flow of Life. Satisfying outcomes are the norm for me. I let go of struggle and suffering. I accept that God has an amazing and wonderful outcome for me, no matter what the outward circumstances may appear to be today.

I imagine myself in the middle of a wide, peaceful, but powerful river…in a raft, the sun shining. I am floating along, perfectly secure. This is my life. This is my journey. I know that if I encounter any rapids, any shallow places, any deep places, any low hanging branches… that I have the ability and the guidance of Spirit to navigate through those areas and on to more peace, more flow, more sunshine, more joy.

I trust my raft; I trust the river; I trust my ability to hear God’s guidance. I enjoy the ride. I look forward in the direction that the river is flowing, no need to look back. I experience the pure freedom that faith brings and certainty that I am safe, sustained and perfect in my experience.

I gently coming back to this time and place, and become aware of my surroundings and this place. I give thanks that I kept this divine appointment today to deeply connect with Spirit. And I am grateful for every aspect of my Spiritual Journey. And so it is. Amen.
