As the peace and good will of this day floats in the air, let’s close our eyes, grateful for this time we set aside to be in our God moment. To be in touch with the god – present inside each of us. To access that light inside of us that never goes out, never fails to comfort us.

Take a slow deep healing breath. Feel yourself resting in your chair, content to let your tension fade as you remember the chair is holding you safely and firmly. You can let go.

Allow the wonder of the the season to wrap around you ….imagine the joy and the shear delight of every Christmas surprise you ever experienced or witnessed. Imagine your own joy at finding that perfect gift for someone you love…or perhaps hand making something from your heart.

Remember good you have done during the holidays….that dollar dropped in the red kettle, angel trees, gifts for the needy….. perhaps a kindness you passed along anonymously. Any moment can be your personal cosmic turning point, and as you become more fully aware, you may begin to make subtle or significant decisions to continue turning toward love, peace and joy.

Realize that with each heart filled moment, joy is reborn in your heartspace. Your vibration and energy is raised and wonderful feelings generate unknown healing processes within your body. Each of us has a manger in our heart. Each of us is able to fully experience the birth of the Christ consciousness within ourselves…not just during Christmastime, but anytime.

The joy of the birth of Jesus is the great example of the impact we can have in our worlds and in the world. In your heart, in this moment, joy is born

Smile now…on the inside and the outside. Delight in knowing that joy is an inside job and no outer world circumstance can touch that joyful birthplace in your heart. Begin to come back to this place, lighter and happier, certain in your own inner manger …and in your own peace and goodwill toward men.
